Introduction

The purpose of this recipes book is to introduce you some easy-to-cook meals using a clay pot. All recipes in this book are traditional recipes from Greece and Cyprus.

I love to cook, especially using a clay pot. To be honest, I’m not a professional chef, but an amateur one that loves cooking using ingredients (fruits, plants, herbs, etc.) naturally planted in my garden or collected directly from the nature. Moreover, I am a fanatic wild mushroom hunter.

In 2015, I started the development of an android application called “Forager’s Buddy”. The main reason I developed this application, was to combine my profession (IT Engineer) with my hobbies. The purpose of this application is to help amateur and professional foragers mark their favourite foraging spots and routes using the GPS technology.

Tujuan dari buku resep ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan Anda beberapa makanan yang mudah-masak menggunakan pot tanah liat. Semua resep dalam buku ini adalah resep tradisional dari Yunani dan Siprus.

Saya suka memasak, terutama menggunakan pot tanah liat. Sejujurnya, aku bukan koki profesional, tapi satu amatir yang suka memasak menggunakan bahan-bahan (buah-buahan, tanaman, tumbuhan, dll) secara alami ditanam di kebun saya atau dikumpulkan langsung dari alam. Selain itu, Saya seorang fanatik jamur pemburu liar.

Pada 2015, saya mulai pengembangan aplikasi android disebut “penjelajah Buddy”. Alasan utama saya mengembangkan aplikasi ini, adalah untuk menggabungkan profesi saya (IT Engineer) dengan hobi saya. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk membantu pemburu amatir dan profesional menandai tempat mencari makan favorit mereka dan rute menggunakan teknologi GPS.
